These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Student," or "Member") and Allin Academy ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing our website (allinacademy.com), purchasing private coaching, enrolling in our video courses, accessing our downloadable strategy charts, or joining our Discord study channels, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all terms, do not access or use our services.

Poker is a game involving elements of skill and mathematical variance. Past student transformations, tournament cashes, win rates (e.g. bb/100), and ROI figures featured on our website represent individual achievements and are not guarantees of future performance. Your results depend on your study consistency, bankroll management discipline, volume, opponent skill, and game selection.

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your state, province, or country of residence) to register for coaching, submit assessments, or access our community. By registering, you warrant and represent that you meet all eligibility criteria.

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that consuming poker training content and participating in skill discussions is legal within your local jurisdiction.

• Coaching Packages: 1-on-1 coaching sessions and group study programs must be scheduled in advance with assigned coaches. Sessions expire within 12 months of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Subscription Billing: Monthly or annual academy subscriptions automatically renew at the current rate unless cancelled prior to the renewal date via your student dashboard or by contacting billing support.
• Payment Security: All transactions are securely processed through PCI-compliant payment processors. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing credentials.

We take pride in delivering elite coaching quality. Our refund policy is structured as follows:

All training videos, GTO ranges, preflop charts, solver node breakdowns, webinar recordings, slide decks, and coaching methodologies provided by Allin Academy are the exclusive intellectual property of Allin Academy and are protected by international copyright laws.

Our private community is designed for constructive poker learning. All members agree to uphold the following standards:

• Constructive Strategy Discussion: Critique the play, not the player. Bad beat rants must be kept to designated off-topic channels.
• Zero Tolerance for Harassment: Hate speech, bullying, toxicity, threats, and unsolicited direct-message spam will result in immediate permanent expulsion.
• Hand History Confidentiality: Hand histories shared by fellow students for peer review must remain confidential within the study group.
• No Solicitation or Affiliate Spam: Promoting third-party poker clubs, unregulated apps, staking scams, or illegal betting rings is strictly forbidden.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Allin Academy and its coaches, instructors, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, or any loss of profits, bankroll losses, or wagering losses incurred by you as a result of applying strategies learned through our courses.

All services and materials are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership, revoke access to courses and community channels, without prior notice, if you breach any provision of these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to the academy or its members.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without giving effect to any conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation before initiating formal legal proceedings.
